Inspired by the original collage, Inside Out 3, this pattern resembles windows on a high rise. With its graphic linear appearance, it’s the ideal print for many spaces, including offices, bedrooms and living and dining areas.
I have been waiting to use the images of the building and it’s beautiful windows for years! (and years!) They were a part of many compositions that never came to be until one day they just clicked. I could see the living come to the exterior and the fun began. This collage was added to the Inside Out Series.
I wanted to highlight the architecture of the window shape, while playing with a tile motif, one that might be seen on the walls within. I love the masculine feel of this paper and would pair it will the feminine butterfly pillow of the same series and a fresh flower arrangement.
