Health became a passion of mine about 4 years ago. I became a certified Health & Life Coach and explored many avenues of human health. Eating clean is something that I wish was accessible to everyone.
I see condo buildings going up in so many cities and our green space becoming less and less. How are we expected to eat clean and green if we are not given the chance? It’s becoming a rich persons privilege. It should be a simple human right.
Eat your greens! Is a reminder that we can take our health into our own hands. We can grow our own organic greens indoors and we can share to those in need. It is accessible if you take the time and the care.
